A: Yes! Ready-to-ship items are listed in the Ready-to-Ship Gifts collection and ship quickly while supplies last.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes. Custom orders can be placed through our Design Your Own Custom Tumbler page or the Custom Orders section.
Processing Times
Q: How long do custom orders take?
A: Custom orders typically take 10–15 business days to process before shipping.
Q: How long do ready-to-ship items take to ship?
A: Ready-to-ship items ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Rush Orders & Faster Shipping
Q: Do you offer rush production?
A: Yes. Rush production is available for an additional $25 per tumbler, when items are in stock and production capacity allows.
Q: How do I request rush production or faster shipping?
A: You must contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability for rush production or upgraded shipping options. Rush fees cannot be added after an order is placed without prior approval.

Q: Do you provide tracking?
A: Yes. Tracking information is sent once your order ships.
Returns & Issues
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

A: Yes. Our engraved tumblers are dishwasher safe.
Q: Are the tumblers microwave safe?
